At BirdShop.pk, we strive to provide high-quality birds, animals, and related products. Below are our refund and exchange guidelines.

1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility

• Birds & Animals:

  Once purchased, birds and animals are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Feed & Medicine:

  If the package is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.

• Accessories:

  If an ordered accessory is not delivered as per your request, you may request an exchange.

• Electronic Products:

  If an electronic product is not working, it can be exchanged within three (3) working days of delivery.

2. Return & Inspection Process

To request an exchange, please return the product to us for review. Once received, our team will inspect the item and determine whether it qualifies for an exchange.

3. Final Decision on Exchanges

After the inspection, we will inform you about the exchange status. Exchanges are subject to approval based on the product’s condition and eligibility.
